Create interfaces for enterprise SaaS users and lead the design process for data products across a variety of platforms. Conduct qualitative user research and work with diverse audiences to implement product strategies. Evolve design guidelines, best practices, and standards to promote a seamless user experience.

Principal Product Designer 

Clearing (closed doors)
January 2023 to May 2023

Owned the visual and UX design for the Electronic Health Record System. Helped Clearing reimagine how doctors and nurses engage with patients by creating a clinical tool that inspires clinicians, presents patients as whole people, and helps our medical team avoid burnout. Came up with innovative solutions for displaying complex data about the human body in a way that helped doctors and nurses make sense and draw insightful conclusions. Worked collaboratively across teams. Partnered very closely with Product Managers and engineers to validate strategies, identify flows and come up with designs that best fit users’ as well as business needs and capabilities.

February 2019 to January 2023

Came in as a founding designer and went on to establish product design discipline at AlphaSights. Worked closely with product, strategy, and engineering to spearhead design-led culture, defined and established relevant processes and workflows, while integrating user experience research and testing every step of the way. Oversaw and mentored a team of designers. Worked across disciplines to establish and maintain a robust design system spanning multiple platforms. Possessed an integral understanding of users’ needs. Actively participated in defining the product vision, while establishing and implementing strategies to bring it to life.

Worked across a diverse product ecosystem to create a common user experience. Identified and balanced business and customer needs, determined long and short-term product strategies, documented requirements, formulated solutions and provided detailed implementation directions. September 2003 to December 2006

Designed interface models, menu systems and navigation schemas for hand held accessories and digital cameras. Created information architecture flow diagrams, screen layouts and visual look and feel for desktop and kiosk applications. Worked closely with researchers, developers and product managers.
